The other half is LIFE! A good estate planner will also help with your dealings with the government before. We know that Medicaid is particularly difficult for many people. Also, there will be expenses that you may not have necessarily accounted for. What about the cost of a nursing home if it comes time that you entered one?

We can plan for that.

The job of an estate planner is to protect you and your family by maintaining and protecting your estate. This includes ensuring that all your vital documents are in order and that your insurance policies are not only the correct ones, but that the company carries out its end of the bargain

Think of us as your representatives. We, as estate planners understand that it’s not all about death. After all, if it was, then all of our clients would be at deaths door! This is certainly not the case. Some of our clients come in to protect their families if they were to die. Others come in simply because they know that their supposed to. Regardless of the reason, everybody learns that they likely need legal counseling so that in the event of late-life complications, they can rest easy in knowing that they’re covered.

Are you prepared for when you die? Maybe. Are you prepared for when you still yet live? Probably not. That’s why we’re here for you! Give us a call and let’s finish putting your life together!
